Jan came to me to quit smoking.  We worked together for three sessions and it's been 2 months as of June 2005 with one cigarette.  What Jan came to realize is that the smoking 'covered over' her desire to please others.  As we worked together to build a strong connection to her authentic self, she was able to release this old habit.

 Another individual was able to quit by attending the weekly meditation and vocal toning group sessions.  Just by giving his stress an outlet he quit after attending for about 6 months!
